  • By invitation only. MyDoctor reviews every request and may decline one. Places are limited in each city.
  • "Free" means no monthly software subscription. Both levels pay a joining charge of $499 in year one, a full year to get started and grow, then the yearly account fee of $449 from year two, the same as every MyDoctor plan.
  • After the 5 years we decide together how to continue: renew the partnership or move to a MyDoctor subscription plan.
  • Revenue share on revenue recorded in MyDoctor: Grow 15%; MyDoctor Partner a minimum of 10% (5 years), 12% (4 years), 15% (3 years), plus up to 50% of revenue above the baseline agreed at signing. Revenue share only; MyDoctor does not share losses or costs.
  • Grow is fixed for 5 years; MyDoctor Partner is 3 to 5 years. Add-ons can be added any time, and you can move from Grow to MyDoctor Partner any time.
  • Patient bills are recorded in MyDoctor, and you receive a monthly statement of the revenue share.
  • The agreement starts when MyDoctor countersigns it. The MyDoctor terms, privacy policy and data protection rules (HIPAA) apply.
