1. List your practice on MyDoctor, free. Patients find you in Find a doctor with your specialty, languages and clinic.
2. Get your registration verified once. Add your medical council and registration number in My profile; MyDoctor checks it. Only verified doctors can offer video consultations.
3. Switch online consultations on or off whenever you are available, on any paid MyDoctor plan. Your own calendar decides the free times.
4. Patients pay MyDoctor by UPI (card or net banking if UPI is not possible). The video room, notes and e-prescription are in MyDoctor.
5. Follow-ups by video or in person at your clinic, with the same patient record.
6. MyDoctor pays you every month, after its service fee, with a statement of every consultation. You see the exact split before you switch on.

Your registration check also gives you the verified tick on MyDoctor Social, the private network for doctors, pharmacists and nurses. Colleagues can refer patients to your online consultations.

Online consultations follow India's Telemedicine Practice Guidelines: registered medical practitioners only, patient consent, and an in-person visit when needed.
