Questions about subscribing
What are the onboarding and yearly fees?
Every plan, including Free and MyDoctor Partner, pays an onboarding and account setup fee of ₹5,000 + 18% GST in year one (US$499 outside India), then a yearly account fee of ₹7,500 + 18% GST (US$449) every year after. There are no exceptions. In India the easiest way to pay is the MyDoctor UPI QR, which already includes GST; cards, net banking, wallets, EMI, bank transfer and other currencies are also available.
How does the Free plan work?
No monthly subscription. MyDoctor receives 15% of the revenue you record in MyDoctor and you keep 85%. We share revenue only, never your losses or costs. You get 25% off every add-on and service. The plan is fixed for 5 years (add-ons any time), and your agreement is created automatically and starts once MyDoctor approves it.
What happens after I pay?
MyDoctor verifies your account (registration or licence, GST or tax details and the account owner), usually within one working day, then switches it on and emails you a link to set your password. Our onboarding team then contacts you to set up your team, import your data and train your staff.
Can I pay by bank transfer or UPI?
Yes. After accepting the quote you can pay by card, UPI, net banking or bank transfer. Indian invoices include GST; United States invoices include applicable sales tax.
What is billed extra?
Extra active patients, storage and devices are billed as used, and WhatsApp message charges from Meta are billed at cost. Services by MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff are separate plans.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can add doctors, locations and add-ons at any time; the extra is charged for the rest of your term.
Do you serve clients outside India and the United States?
Yes, on request. Choose Global and send the form, or book a call.
