Super Premium: SEO and Ads
Clients can buy Super Premium services for more visibility: search engine optimisation (SEO) of their own website and Google Business Profile, a sponsored placement in the MyDoctor Directory, and management of ad campaigns on Google and Meta. Prices are on Pricing and in your quote; ad spend on Google or Meta is paid by the client.
Always labelled
A sponsored placement is always shown with the word "Sponsored". Payment never changes a Profile Score, a MyDoctor Star result, ratings or reviews, and only profiles with verified documents can be sponsored.
India
Ads and content follow the National Medical Commission rules on professional conduct for registered medical practitioners, the ASCI Code and its healthcare guidelines, the Drugs and Magic Remedies (Objectionable Advertisements) Act, the Consumer Protection Act and the CCPA guidelines on misleading advertisements and dark patterns, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, and platform policies. We do not publish claims of guaranteed cures, comparisons that disparage other doctors, patient photos or testimonials without written consent, or prices and offers that are not honoured.
United States
Ads and content follow the FTC Act and FTC guidance on health claims, endorsements and reviews, HIPAA (no patient information in ads or testimonials without written authorization), state medical board advertising rules, and platform policies such as Google's healthcare and LegitScript requirements for pharmacies and telehealth.
Other countries
We follow the local rules where the client practises and agree the plan in writing.
Our review
Every ad, article and profile change is checked by MyDoctor before it goes live. We may refuse or remove content that breaks these rules; the client remains responsible for the accuracy of its own claims, registrations and prices.
