Fees, platform fee & MyDoctor Pay
Last updated 12-10-2026
Onboarding and yearly account fees
Every plan, including Free and MyDoctor Partner, has an onboarding fee of ₹5,000 + GST in year one (US$499 outside India) for verification, account setup, data import and training, and a yearly account fee of ₹7,500 + GST (US$449) every year after. There are no exceptions. The onboarding fee is payable before the account is switched on and is not refundable once setup work has started.
Free plan and MyDoctor Partner
The Free plan and MyDoctor Partner have no monthly subscription. Instead MyDoctor receives a share of the revenue recorded in MyDoctor: 15% on the Free plan (you keep the rest, and get 25% off every add-on and service) and, for MyDoctor Partner, a minimum of 10% (5 years), 12% (4 years), 15% (3 years) plus a share of growth above the agreed baseline (you get everything a premium client gets, MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, and MyDoctor clinicians on site at 50% off). We share revenue only, never losses, expenses or other costs. Because MyDoctor invests in your growth without an upfront fee, the Free plan is fixed for 5 years and MyDoctor Partner is a 3 to 5 year term; you can add add-ons at any time. Your agreement is created automatically and takes effect once MyDoctor approves it.
Platform fee
All plans include a platform fee: an agreed percentage of the revenue your organisation records in MyDoctor (patient payments, excluding funding from nonprofits). The rate is shown on your quote and agreement. Paid plans are 1 to 5 year terms with a minimum revenue share that is lower for longer terms (2.5% for 5 years, 3% for 4 years, 3.5% for 3 years, 4.5% for 2 years, 6% for 1 year) in India on the first ₹2 lakh of patient revenue per doctor a month, then 1% above it; in the United States 1.5% on the first US$25,000 of collections per provider a month, then 0.5% above it, or 6% (1 to 4 providers) or 5% (5 or more) of collections on MyDoctor Complete, which includes revenue cycle management; 15% on the Free plan (new clinics in their first 2 years of practice); and for MyDoctor Partner 10% (5 years), 12% (4 years), 15% (3 years), where our team also runs your clinical, billing and other operations. It is billed monthly with GST (India) or applicable tax, less any amount already deducted on MyDoctor Pay. You must record all patient payments for services delivered through MyDoctor accurately; we may verify records under your agreement.
MyDoctor Pay
MyDoctor Pay lets patients pay a clinic or hospital online. Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a payment aggregator authorised by the Reserve Bank of India, and settled directly to the clinic's verified bank account; MyDoctor does not hold clinic funds. The platform fee and the payment gateway charge (currently 2%), plus GST, are deducted from each payment and shown on a monthly tax invoice. The clinic is responsible for its services, refunds and patient disputes (chargebacks). Activation requires KYC under RBI rules, and MyDoctor or Razorpay may pause the service for suspected fraud or misuse.
On-site staff and extras
MyDoctor staff sent on site at your request are billed at the rates agreed in advance (50% off for MyDoctor Partners, 25% off on the Free plan). Payment gateway charges, bank charges, WhatsApp and SMS charges, courier and other third-party costs are billed at cost unless included in your plan.
Paying MyDoctor
Pay MyDoctor invoices by UPI to mhtpvt@idfcbank, bank transfer to the account on the invoice, or online. If you pay by UPI or bank transfer, send the transaction reference from your invoice page so we can confirm it. Never share OTPs, PINs or card numbers · MyDoctor staff will never ask for them.
Changes to fees
We give at least 30 days' notice of any change to fees for existing customers; agreed rates apply until the end of your current term.
