Choose a licence, plus 10% of the registration, stall and sponsor revenue collected through MyDoctor (before tax). Free events pay no revenue share. Questions
What is the difference between a conference and an exhibition?
A conference is a programme of talks and presentations for delegates, with speakers and a call for abstracts. An exhibition is a hall of stalls and booths where companies show products and services to visitors. Many medical congresses have both, which is what the Conference and Exhibition Organiser plan is for.
Who can use MyDoctor Conferences & Exhibitions?
Medical, dental, nursing and pharmacy societies, hospitals, universities, colleges, associations, exhibition companies and event agencies. Healthcare comes first, but events in any field are welcome, in any country.
How do exhibitors book and pay?
They choose a stall or sponsor package on your event page and pay online, and receive a GST invoice and receipt. For packages "on request", they send a request, you agree the price, and the system emails them the invoice and payment link.
Can we use the same account every year?
Yes. One organiser account holds every edition. Renew the licence each year and copy last year's event, with its tickets and packages, to start the next one.
When do we receive the money?
Your workspace shows the revenue, the platform fee and the balance; MyDoctor pays the balance to your bank account.
Can delegates join online?
Yes. Choose virtual or hybrid and add your meeting link. Registered delegates receive it before the event.
Which currency do we pay in?
Organisers in India pay in rupees with GST. Organisers in the United States and every other country pay in US dollars. Delegates and exhibitors pay in the currency you set for your event.
Are payments refundable?
The organiser licence is final once paid. Delegate and exhibitor refunds follow the rules you publish for your event.
