MyDoctor is a Doctor-led healthcare technology company in India and the United States. We make clinic and hospital management software, and we also run our own clinical services with MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, so our clients get both the software and the people who make it work.
The role
You visit new client clinics and hospitals, set up MyDoctor with them, import their patient lists, train doctors and front desk staff, and stay with them until they use it every day.
What you will do
- Visit new clients in Bangalore to set up their account, timings, fees and staff logins.
- Import patients and appointments from Excel or their old software, and check the result with them.
- Train doctors, receptionists and billing staff, in person and by video.
- Check usage in the first 30 days and fix problems with the MyDoctor team.
What you need
- Experience in software implementation, hospital or clinic operations, or customer training.
- Good English and Kannada or Hindi.
- Your own two-wheeler or any other vehicle for visits in Bangalore.
- Patience with people who are new to software.

- Independent contractor role: a fixed monthly fee by experience. The exact terms are in your written contractor agreement.

Pay
An independent role, paid per result, with no upper limit: the more you work and the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
- Expected earnings: ₹15,000 to ₹75,000 a month in your first year, depending on the clients you look after and how they grow.
- Paid every month, after the client pays.
- Your rates are set in your written agreement and can differ by experience and territory.
- You never pay MyDoctor anything, at any stage.
