About MyDoctor
MyDoctor is a Doctor-led healthcare technology company in India and the United States. We make clinic and hospital management software, and we also run our own clinical services with MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, so our clients get both the software and the people who make it work.
The role
You answer and make calls, WhatsApp messages and emails for MyDoctor's client clinics: appointment bookings, reminders, report collection and follow-ups, in the clinic's name and following its rules.
What you will do
- Answer patient calls and messages for client clinics and book appointments in MyDoctor.
- Send reminders and follow-up messages, and call patients who miss visits.
- Pass every clinical question to the clinic or the doctor: you never give medical advice.
- Keep every conversation private and recorded in MyDoctor.
What you need
- Clear spoken English and Kannada or Hindi; more Indian languages are a plus.
- Front desk, hospital reception or call centre experience is a plus; freshers can apply.
- Calm and kind on the phone, and careful with patient privacy.

- Independent contractor role: a fixed monthly fee by experience. The exact terms are in your written contractor agreement.

Pay
An independent role, paid per result, with no upper limit: the more you work and the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
- Expected earnings: ₹15,000 to ₹60,000 a month in your first year, depending on the meetings you set up and the clients who join.
- Paid every month, after the client pays.
- Your rates are set in your written agreement and can differ by experience and territory.
- You never pay MyDoctor anything, at any stage.
