MyDoctor is a Doctor-led healthcare technology company in India and the United States. We make clinic and hospital management software, and we also run our own clinical services with MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, so our clients get both the software and the people who make it work.
The role
You join the MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff: medication reviews for patients of client clinics and families, chronic care and senior care programmes, and clinical checks of MyDoctor's medicine information, working with MyDoctor's clinical team.
What you will do
- Review patients' medicines (interactions, doses, duplicates, adherence) and write clear recommendations for their doctor.
- Call patients in care programmes to check medicines and readings, and escalate to the doctor when needed.
- Check medicine content and safety rules in the MyDoctor app.
- Document every review in MyDoctor.
What you need
- PharmD (or M.Pharm in pharmacy practice) and registration with the State Pharmacy Council.
- Hospital or clinical pharmacy experience is a plus; recent PharmD graduates can apply.
- Clear English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
What we offer
- Independent contractor role: a fee for each review or consultation, or a monthly retainer, by qualification and hours. The exact terms are in your written contractor agreement.

Pay
An independent role, paid per result, with no upper limit: the more you work and the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
- Expected earnings: ₹20,000 to ₹1,40,000 a month in your first year, depending on the clients you bring.
- Paid every month, after the client pays.
- Your rates are set in your written agreement and can differ by experience and territory.
- You never pay MyDoctor anything, at any stage.
