The role
You look after patients in MyDoctor's Chronic Care and Senior Care programmes: regular calls, home readings, medicine reminders, reports in one place and quick escalation to the doctor, often for parents whose children live in another city or country.
What you will do
- Call and message patients in care programmes on a set schedule, and record readings and concerns.
- Remind patients about medicines, tests and follow-up visits.
- Escalate warning signs to the doctor at once, and explain that MyDoctor is not an emergency service.
- Keep families informed with the patient's consent.
What you need
- GNM or B.Sc Nursing and registration with the State Nursing Council.
- 1 or more years of ward, clinic or home care experience.
- Clear English and Kannada or Hindi; more languages are a plus.

- Independent role, paid per result with no upper limit: you are paid for each piece of completed work, as set out in your written agreement. The expected monthly range is shown at the top of this page. Paid every month. You never pay MyDoctor anything.
