MyDoctor is a Doctor-led healthcare technology company in India and the United States. We make clinic and hospital management software, and we also run our own clinical services with MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, so our clients get both the software and the people who make it work.
The role
You coordinate care for patients coming to India for treatment: hospital and doctor options, cost estimates from hospitals, travel, stay, airport pick-up, interpreters and follow-up after they go home.
What you will do
- Reply to medical travel enquiries and collect reports with the patient's consent.
- Ask partner hospitals for treatment plans and written estimates.
- Help with the hospital's medical visa invitation letter, travel, stay and local transport.
- Stay with the patient's family through admission, discharge and follow-up.
What you need
- Experience in medical tourism, hospital international patient desks, travel or hospitality.
- Excellent English; Arabic, French, Swahili, Bengali or other languages are a plus.
- Calm under pressure and careful with money and documents.
What we offer
- Independent role, paid per result with no upper limit: you are paid for each piece of completed work, as set out in your written agreement. The expected monthly range is shown at the top of this page. Paid every month. You never pay MyDoctor anything.
