How we hire

The steps for our field sales roles. You can follow each step on this page under My applications.

    On the job page: your details, your CV and a few short questions. No cover letter needed.

    We review your application

    Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted. You can check your status any time on MyJobs by MyDoctor.

  3. 3
    Interviews

    If your profile fits: a first interview by video at one of the times you ticked, which may be followed by in-person rounds. We share the details with shortlisted candidates.

  4. 4
    Short field role-play

    For 10 minutes you show MyDoctor to us as if we were a doctor.

  5. 5
    Agreement

    If it is a fit, we send you the written agreement to sign online.

How our sales and growth roles work

How we handle your details

  • We use your details only to consider you for roles at MyDoctor, and we keep them private.
  • Your CV and the documents you upload are stored encrypted.
  • Never type ID numbers such as Aadhaar or PAN. If we ask for a photo ID, upload a copy (for Aadhaar, the masked Aadhaar with only the last 4 digits showing).
  • ID copies are deleted 90 days after you send them. If you join us, they move to your employee file instead.
  • If you are not selected, we delete your CV and phone number 6 months after the decision.
  • If you join the talent pool, we keep your CV and details for 12 months, remind you a month before, and then delete them unless you choose to stay.
  • You can withdraw an application at any time under My applications, and ask us to delete your details through our contact form.

Use our contact form. Emails about your application come from MyDoctor Careers, and you can reply to them.

No fee is ever charged

MyDoctor never charges applicants a fee, at any stage. If anyone asks you for money for a MyDoctor job, do not pay, and use our contact form.
