About MyDoctor
MyDoctor is a Doctor-led healthcare technology company in India and the United States. We make clinic and hospital management software, and we also run our own clinical services with MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, so our clients get both the software and the people who make it work.
The role
You call clinics, hospitals, labs and pharmacies from our prospect lists, explain MyDoctor in a few minutes, book meetings for our field team and follow up until the client starts.
What you will do
- Call and WhatsApp doctors, owners and managers from MyDoctor's prospect lists (60 to 80 calls a day).
- Explain MyDoctor in simple words and book a meeting or a "See how it works" video call.
- Follow up after meetings, send quotes prepared by the team and remind clients to complete their onboarding.
- Keep every call and next step in the MyDoctor Sales Desk.
What you need
- Clear spoken English, and Kannada or Hindi.
- Some telecalling or inside sales experience (healthcare is a plus); freshers with good communication can apply.
- Comfortable with a computer, WhatsApp and a CRM.
- Polite, persistent and honest: no false promises to clients.

- Independent contractor role: a fixed monthly fee by experience, plus incentives for results. The exact terms are in your written contractor agreement.

Pay
An independent role, paid per result, with no upper limit: the more you work and the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
- Expected earnings: ₹15,000 to ₹60,000 a month in your first year, depending on the meetings you set up and the clients who join.
- Paid every month, after the client pays.
- Your rates are set in your written agreement and can differ by experience and territory.
- You never pay MyDoctor anything, at any stage.
