About MyDoctor
MyDoctor is a Doctor-led healthcare technology company in India and the United States. We make clinic and hospital management software, and we also run our own clinical services with MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, so our clients get both the software and the people who make it work.
The role
You build relationships with hospital owners, CEOs and administrators, understand their operations, and bring them to MyDoctor: the hospital software, our MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff and, for the right hospitals, the MyDoctor Partner programme.
What you will do
- Meet hospital owners, CEOs, medical superintendents and administrators in Bangalore and nearby cities.
- Understand their OPD, IPD, pharmacy, lab and billing needs and prepare proposals with the founder.
- Lead the proposal, pilot and contract steps, with MyDoctor's leadership in key meetings.
- Keep the pipeline current in the MyDoctor Sales Desk.
What you need
- 4 or more years selling to hospitals: hospital software, medical devices, diagnostics, pharma key accounts or insurance (TPA).
- Fluent English; Kannada or Hindi is a plus.
- Comfortable with numbers: revenue, margins and return on investment for a hospital.
- Willing to travel in Karnataka.

Pay
An independent role, paid per result, with no upper limit: the more you work and the more clients you bring, the more you earn.
- Expected earnings: ₹55,000 to ₹2,50,000 a month in your first year, depending on the clients you and your team bring.
- Paid every month, after the client pays.
- Your rates are set in your written agreement and can differ by experience and territory.
- You never pay MyDoctor anything, at any stage.
