Questions
Are my photos uploaded to MyDoctor?
No. The tools run in your browser. Your photos stay on your device and are not sent to MyDoctor. MyDoctor only counts which tools are used, the file type and a size band, never the photo or its name.
Will my passport photo be accepted?
The sizes come from the official pages listed on the passport photo tool, checked on 31 Oct 2026. The issuing authority decides acceptance: check their current rules, use a recent photo with an even, light background and print at 100% (actual size).
Can I open iPhone HEIC photos?
Yes where your browser can open HEIC (Safari on iPhone, iPad and Mac). Elsewhere, set the iPhone camera to "Most Compatible" or share the photo as JPG first.
Is there a size limit?
Free: up to 5 photos at a time and 20 MB each. Plans: Personal 30 files and 50 MB, Pro and Team 100 files and 200 MB, with fair use.
