Is this for video visits with patients?
No. Video visits with patients are MyDoctor TeleHealth, where the patient pays online before the visit and the doctor is paid every month. MySecure Meetings is for meetings between people in your organisation and the people you work with.
Do people need to install anything?
No. Meetings open from a simple link in the web browser, and in the MyDoctor app on phones, tablets and computers.
Can we record meetings?
Yes, as an add-on. Tell everyone before you record and get their agreement; the meeting shows when recording is on.
