No. MyDoctor is a technology company and never takes a share of a doctor's video visit or consultation fee. For video visits with a clinic's own patients, MyDoctor charges a flat technology fee per video visit, or a monthly TeleHealth pass, for the secure video, booking, payment and reminder tools, records and statements. For online consultations booked through MyDoctor, the patient pays MyDoctor a booking fee and the doctor keeps 100% of the consultation fee. MyDoctor's fees are never a commission or a referral fee, and MyDoctor has no say in doctors' fees or medical decisions. Doctors set their own fees and are responsible for the care they give.
