What do I need?
Any smart TV with a web browser, or a TV with an inexpensive streaming stick, and an internet connection. Open the MyDoctor TV page on the TV, type the code on your phone, and choose what it shows.
Can I add more screens?
Yes. Your plan includes 2 screens; add more screens for a small monthly or yearly price each.
Is it included in MyDoctor clinic and hospital plans?
Yes. MyDoctor clinic, hospital and Partner plans include TV & Reception for every screen you use (fair use). On its own, it is for anyone who wants only the TVs, including offices.
Is patient privacy protected?
The TV shows token numbers by default. Names show only if you choose to, and full names only after you confirm your patients agreed. No account is signed in on the TV, so no record can be opened from it.
Can my team help us set it up?
