Tests, medicines, devices, extra visits, procedures and hospital care are billed at actual rates. Monthly plans renew until you cancel. United States: MyDoctor clinicians give education and care coordination, not medical treatment across state lines.

Is this emergency care?
No. Chronic Care Management is planned care between visits. In an emergency call 108 or 112 (India) or 911 (the United States) at once.
What is billed extra?
Lab tests and imaging, medicines, devices (connected BP monitor, glucometer and others from the MyDoctor price list), consultations and home visits beyond the package, procedures, hospital care and travel, at actual rates with an estimate first.
Who is my care manager?
A member of MD/PharmD Clinical Expert MyDoctor Staff, with an MD reviewing your care every month. Your own doctor stays in charge of diagnosis and treatment.
Can I buy it for my parents?
Yes. Choose "For someone else" when you start; you pay, and the monthly summary goes to the family members you choose.
